About the Editors
Her joy in working with this cookbook was to search out esoteric ingredients, cheer on the “lab” cooks, and enjoy the great food. Writings such as Dusty’s Queen of Hearts Diner, and “Lesbian Stew,” from one of her columns in a collection called The Amazon Trail, exemplify her love of food.
The editors are three old friends who have hung out together, sharing a myriad of interests including books, travel, writing, yard sales, life in a small coastal fishing village—and eating Nel’s food. |
